SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be processed before your item(s) have been shipped. The processing period is in place for quality checking. When ordering a wig that is not on hand please allow 1-14 business days for manufacturing times. Just because you order rushed shipping does not mean that your order will be shipped out the very next day, overnight shipping applies to when the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Please be mindful when ordering hair, always order way in advance.

Due to COVID-19 we can NOT accept refunds or exchanges on hair that has already been open or handled. Please order accordingly!!!
HAIR CARE TIPS
It is very important to take care of your extensions to promote longevity of the hair. Make sure that you gently detangle the hair. Try to minimize the amount of heat that is put on the hair. Keep in mind that this hair is not attached to a hair follicle to receive nutrients, so the less heat the better. Bleaching & Dyeing the hair can also alter the natural hair state.

Fullness: When ordering bundles keep in mind that the longer length a bundle is the "thinner" it may seem. For the best results order 4 bundles for longer lengths of hair. Refer to the picture below for explanation on why longer hair isn't as thick as shorter lengths.
PICKUP POLICY
I love keeping my inventory on hand. Before ordering hair and selecting the "pick-up" option for the delivery method please reach out via Instagram direct message to ensure that I have your order on hand and available for pick ups. If I do have your order available I will send you an email with the pick up location. I also offer local deliveries for a small fee (rates may vary and are subjected to change)
